Megan Gale
Gale was 18 when she received a prize in a modeling contest held in Perth. After several years of modelling, Gale rose to fame as she was selected to be featured in a number of commercials for an Italian telecom company called Omnitel (now Vodafone Italy) and was featured in the company's advertising until 2006.She was also commissioned as a model by the Australian Tourist Commission in 2003 as their face for Australia and Italy'. Gale has graced the covers of Australian Marie Claire and Grazia. The model has also been featured in Italian Maxim and Australian InStyle. Gale has worked with Italian designers, including Gianfranco Fere, Genny Gai Mattiolo, and Gianfranco Fere. Gai Mattiolo, and at the shows of Mariella Burani Angelo Marani, and Milan Fashion Week. [9] Gale has also been a big fan of numerous Australian designers such as Colette Dinnigan, Kirrily Johnston Lisa Ho, Willow and Alex Perry. She was also an expert in fashion for the Logies award, which is an Australian television award. In January of 2008, Gale announced her retirement of runway fashion after fifteen years and walked the catwalk for the final time a few weeks later, in an David Jones winter collection launch in Sydney. Her final outfit she donned Wonder Woman's attire in the Justice League of America movie that was never released. Gale ended Alex Perry's Melbourne Fashion Festival 2011 show in March 2011.
